MLC: BA3013
Made in China Nov 2008
Looking for the PCB described above

Then have to describe what you think let to the failure, the drive's current behavior, post some pictures of the PCB, etc.

I tested the TVS diode near the power in, I detect a short when I test with an ohm meter on de PCB out of hdd. There is not other sign like burned part. This evening I'll try tu send a picture.

Remove the shorted diode. If there is no other problem with the PCB, then you won't need to visit the Hard Drive Market.

Many thanks for this advice, Fzabkar, I removed the diode and I could backup all the disk.
Here is the picture of the PCB, the diode is circled in red, so can help another guy.

I would have thought that the "L14" component was the 12V TVS diode. :?

Oh sorry, you're right :oops: I removed the "L14" as you tell but I did a mistake when I circled in the picture.

So, the L14 I removed is at the right of the circled one, and is 12V.
