My Western Digital MyBook II 4TB was damaged from a fall. There was no visible physical damage, but it was in RAID 0, so I tried to take a backup of it. The problem is, everything that DID come out was recovered as .SWF files.

Is there any way of fixing this?

Fall = bad head(s) & possible (likely) media damage.

Note: The more you operate the drive, the more likely you are to have cascading (i.e. total) failure.

Mechanical repairs on WD drives are not DIY operations. You would need pro gear and expertise to attempt it.

Each drive would have to be imaged after repair and then the RAID parameters would have to be determined, and then the RAID could be stitched back together. That you might be able to do by yourself, with two good drive images.
