Hi!
Sorry for my english
I have a problem with WD5000BEVT-00A0RT0.

Connect to PC-3000, and power ON. Auto unility - WDC Marwell, Start in Kernel Mode.
Passport information is not reading. If I start utility in Normal Mode, it write SA Available: NONE.

Help, please!

Does it click and spin down?
Do you have SA access on Kernel mode?

Click and spindown = 90% heads , 10% electronics
If not and still no access, 50% HEAD 50% firmware.
But only a precise diagnose can tell.

hdd click once, at pwr-on, spin-up, calibrate, and go to normal mode.
I don't have SA access on Krnl-mode. :(

How I can diagnose HDD? I have a "pc-3000" device, but I'm not a master.

(Speak Russian anybody?)

You can get support from Acelab. They are in Russia, of course.

Are you using a bootleg (i.e. Chinese) PC3000 or the real one?

Если у Вас честный ПС3К у вас должна быть мурзилка к нему, в которой очень хороше на русском языке написано и показано как диагностировать диски. В частности, тот винт с которым вы работаете сейчас, имеет характерную проблему, там же разжеванную донемогу.
Читали документацию?

П.С. Цель какая?
1) Убить кролика (замучить)?
2) Отремонтить ?
3) Восстановить данные?
