FW problem or locked by ATA password (is the drive ID?). In both cases you will need a pro intervention for precise diagnosis.

Mhdd shows a warning message in red saying when a hdd is password locked as i remember? Original post doesn't mention that mhdd has showed any message?

Im leaning towards FW problem.

you know the password to find anywhere.
default password of the manufacturer
