what is the rom? 01 or 02
Please look photo.

pcb donor is compatible? (=model= fw=p/n)

I would imagine 01 is ROM IC. What are the markings on both 01 and 02? Can confirm that way.
In my experience it does not matter if the processor is different. LSI vs ST etc.
PCB number must match. Revision does not seem to matter either. REV A works with REV B works with REV C etc
