Hi,
I have WD20EACS-11BHUB0 connected on DDI become Ready, when I start imaging i receive ERR and ABRT, all sectors are yellow.
On HD Doctor I copy FW and ROM without problems, G-list have only 5 sectors. Clear SMART and Translator Regenerator successfully.
And still can not see any sector.

So, you still have issues with the HDD.

No errors during FW copy? It can be encrypted.

Check SN on the WD site. It will show if it came from an external that could be encrypted.
