I have Seagate ST 37500640AS ... it reading very slow in DE ... when spin up it spin with clicks but reads it FW too ,,,, But DE extractor it reads extremely slow .. did change PCB and HDA .. but same thing any help will be appreciate ....

Hi can someone provide the hint here for thid problem?

I went to the PC3000 forum and in DE I am not able to
select the extended utility. It's a check box that ignores
being checked!

I created the loaderto use in DE but am stuck.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
