 Post subject: Seagate ST3250820A Detect in BIOS but not in OS

This is my Harddrive:

IDE 250GB
Seagate Barracude 7200
PN: 9BJ03E-300
SN: 5QE0KFX8
ST3250820A
Firmware: 3.AAC


It did detected in BIOS but not in OS. Tried with Windows XP, Windows 7 x64, Backbox linux.

No software can detect it. Plz advice.

What capacity does it show as in BIOS?

Does the drive click?
