My WD20EARS-00MVWB0 is spinning but not detected. My HDD fell of 30-40cm, and was working just after. I switched off it, and afterward he did not want any more be detected. He's spinning, and I can't hear any weird sound.

I saw that the PCB replacement may be a solution, but if you know any tips, or any tools to analyse my hdd, it could be great

Not a PCB issue.
Just think about it: do you think that the PCB could physically get damaged from a fall/drop?

The problem is internal with the read/write mechanism.

Unfortunately, these drives are difficult to recover. A pro is likely your best course of action if the data is important.

It remind me a similar problem I faced begining of this year ...

after my drive fell down it was able to start but stop spinning after 5 sec.

I did a board swap with a similar card and the drive was able to spin again but I was unable to see the drive in windows.
I did a usb acronis boot disk to see if I was able to clone the drive.

Using the acronis boot usb stick I was able to see the drive and all the files on it (nevertheless I had to wait a litle bit during the opening process of the drive that acronis bypass all the bad sectors). In your case a pcb swap is probably not needed...

At the end I was able to recover all the data on the drive except 3 files ...

When this doesnt work for you (And it wont) you should consider that the condition of the HDD will be much worse as a result of your attempts.

Professional opinion is needed if data is important.
