It would be nice to know what did the client said about that drive.

Also, have you tested any parts?

To be honest I never saw:
ReadyStatusFlags = 0002A1A5

But I think first of all I would test PCB and heads.

before every appearance of an error in the terminal, you can hear as the head moves.

How to check the head?

Do you even understand what the commands are for and potential risks with running them?

Does HDD show ID now? If it does can you open utility and load modules table?
