Cloning the drive is the best option you have as DIY.
But DIY has its risks and there are chances that DIY attempts may make the drive to totally fail and compromise your data.
If you have critical data , take pro help, it shouldn't cost you much in this state.
Else(as
warnerr suggested) you can try connecting the drive directly to the SATA port of a PC and clone the drive to another working hard disk of similar or larger capacity. Then run recovery tools like R-studio on the clone to get your data.
First,Check if it is correctly detecting in the BIOS .
Next , use ddrescue to clone the drive
