When I am trying to format my HHD , it says that the computer failed to
format it .
what could be the problem ?

Why are you formatting the drive ?
DO YOU HAVE DATA in the drive ?
How are you trying to format the drive ?
Model and size of the drive ?
What is The correct error message displayed in the computer ?

1.because It doesnt working (its not so important)
2.Yes I think not but im not sure , i cant check that (its complicated)
3.right click on the HDD in "My Computer" and "Format" .
4.There is no name on the HDD , the size is 74.5 GB
5.I cant say the correct massage because its in another language but it says that the formating didnt complete successfully...
It says to check if the connect between the HDD and the computer is good and be sure the HDD doesnt only for read (I dont really know what it means)
Look , I tried to format this HDD a lot of times ,
sometimes it works and sometimes it does the same problem.

Im not american , its hard to me to understand what did you say.
what is "enclosure" and please if you can . try to explain "easier"

Take help with someone who knows a about computer hardware ,
1) how its connected in the pc
2) model and interface of the drive
3) to check in the bios to see if its detected...etc

"enclosure" means USB box(an external drive)

Take some help, it will be easier that way .
