Hi sorry idont know tru qustion on this topic
When i recovery hdd or flash drive or memory recoverd all data but picture or video not perview
Help me icant resolve this problem
And some times when scan device software cant find any data
Software used (r-studio)
And i have pc3000 chines but i dont know how use pls help me

He he, buy the licenced one...then you'll have support.
But in this case it won't help, problem is elsewere

My pc3000 licence ready no problem
Just i cant worked by data extractor and i dont know how use

If your licence is not a problem, then ask ACE, they have support for you.
