By the way,the client himself did the mess and brought the HDD to our shop.

Since it's a logic issue it will be possible for someone to assist you even remotely. For instance, i could very well recover the data on the drive remotely, by the net, if you are willing to pay some $$$$$ and assuming you didn't over-write the data on the drive.
