Hello,

I need to swap PCB
MDL: 10WDEADS-11M2B2
PCB: 2060-701640-007 REV A
PCB STICKER: 2061-701640-407 01PD3
MCU 1 line: 88I9045-TFJ2
MCU 2 line: P1K8110.5

I found donor
MDL: WD10EADS-11M2B2
PCB: 2060-701640-007 REV A
PCB STICKER: 2061-701640-407 01PD1
MCU 1 line: 88I9045-TFJ2
MCU 2 line: P1K1150A.3

Differences:
- memory
- second line in MCU
- some symbols on SMOOTH

The donor will match?

Yes, this donor will work. You need to transfer the ROM chip.

True it's compatible, but my diagnose was wrong  PCB is OK.
Drive still want to initialize, symptoms are:
spin -> 4 times clicking -> 2-3sec wait -> 1 click -> spin down
Bad pre/amp or heads?

Yes, bad heads (or preamp possibly but it amounts the the same thing)

You need a new head assembly and cleanroom work to change this.

End of the road for DIY :-(
