Hello..every expert.
I've receive this hard drive form customer for recovery.

It's detected on PC3K very well. but Data Extracter don't read Drive ID.

Do you have any exprience in this case?

I want to know exactly what's the problem.

I've attached 2 pic for your easy understand.

please help me..
Im beginer of this PC3K.

ya..on SA Structure Test, it has some error..
but i think it's not big problem..

..
I've changed head stuck ...

Wow it's because of head problem.

it's detected on DE...
