Is there a way to unlock this drive other than replace the PCB? I am just starting out with this and not having any luck. The laptop was stolen and returned. When I got it back the laptop and drive both had passwords. I figured out the laptop password and now need to unlock the password on the drive.

The stolen part is a bit of an exaggeration. It was taken against my wishes by my nephew. Since I was not using it that much he thought it would be OK. So when I asked for it back my nephew locked hte laptop bios and hard drive. I've managed to unlock the bios on the laptop. Not the drive.
