What happens when you run this?

Code:
hdparm -I /dev/sda

Do you see the same error as when you ran "hdparm -i /dev/sda" earlier, or a different error, or any useful output?

the parameter "i" extracts the information from the device.

I used "I" and "i", but in this case is not case sensitive. Works the same.

When I use the parameter. The message: Input / Output error, as in the pictures.
I do not know what to do!

I will remove this HDD Netbook in, and put on my computer in IDE mode and pass the MHDD and pass the information to you

Any tips?

Not completely accurate.

Wrong. That parameter is case-sensitive and does cause hdparm to perform a slightly different action for each case. If the result had been different (which is possible in some situations) that answer could have been very useful, which is why I asked!

Here is a suggestion: If you are asking for help, don't argue with people who are replying and tell them they are wrong, unless you are very sure of your facts - otherwise people will stop replying, because it becomes clear to them that they are wasting their time. :(

Good luck and perhaps someone will help you.

I'm not arguing.
Perhaps the translation of this impression
I just said that there was no difference in the parameter in this case.
I wanted to answer you that had the same function.
Thank you.

Already like to say thank you for Spildit, BlackST, Vulcan.
You helped me a lot. very
I removed the HDD and put the netbook on my computer compatible IDE mode.
So I managed to find Samsung 250GB HDD.
I also thank Splildit, who sent me a message in Portuguese of Portugal, and I could understand that the Disk Eraser had put a password on my disk.
I auditioned with MHDD with the command EID
And look at the result:

The HDD was password!! But I do not know the password.
So I tried to run PartedMagic in ATA mode, and even detected by Disk HDD Eraser. Then ran the option Internal Eraser, and he asked me for a password. And in case I did not know to leave the value NULL (recommended).
So did it.
After about 2 hours the process concluded.
Then restarted the computer and ran the command again EID.
And look at the nice surprise ...

After that managed to create a primary partition and install the system.

THANK YOU ALL FOR HELPING ME

I was very lucky because if it would not work to use PC-3000 or similar to crack the password.

And I have no money for this.

This topic is solved, may ask any questions.
Thank you.

Yes, this is part of the typical procedure when using the internal erasure (i.e. Secure Erase) process. This is what we wanted to check with MHDD. :)

That suggests a bug in the Linux distro which is used by PartedMagic, since Disk Eraser was usable on the locked drive with the SATA controller in ATA mode, but not with the SATA controller in AHCI mode (different Linux drivers are used in these 2 cases).

Well done :)
