Customer stated the drive had been working normally, and then they went to transfer a file. After the transfer completed they were no longer able to access the drive. The drive does not click or making any unusual noises at all. It just stays busy.

I can then enter the command to get to the prompt and can actually access the prompt.



There are no other symptoms than this.
