IF Western Digital or Seagate refurb their drives I have less problem with it then average JOE would do the same....It has nothing to do with Money, just poor refurb job's by choose'ing the wrong candidates.
Western Digital and Seagate use to sell as "brand new" drives with clear traces of refurb - deactivated heads, scratches on the SA, huge P-List, etc... Are those drives "time-bombs"?
If I run the same tests as Western Digital or Seagate do on their fabs, then what makes the difference? Their chinesse stuff?
By the way , I use only drives refurbed by me and I have never had any time-bomb explosions.
So, mr_spokk stop spreading lies and miths about the refurb drives, please!
I don't think you are so stupid to trust them.
