Sediv has introduced demo version so that anyone can check the demo and then purchase.

The demo version is of 3.9.1 and limitation of the version is NOT known.

But i want to know whether any equipment is required for running sediv??

In My PC sediv demo says "NO COM PORT PC" and then locks.

any one can throw light on the demo program??

Thanx Mr. spildit and Mr. Waqas Ali for your valuable comments.

I want to hear MORE abt SEDIV because I think it is the most useful software for repair of WD HDDs. But, Like WDR it is NOT available free of cost. (i know that WDR is not free, but it is widely available in WEB.

So sediv masters please speak out please.............

For WD you also have WDMarvell; For Seagate you can also use STCom tools or ST-10

What's ST-10? I've never heard of that one.

Splildit Boss,

Please give us a WD marvel tutorial and if possible a st-10 tutorial(though the ST-10 is not common.

As the WDR is NOT that much stable, a WD marvel may be very much useful.

Splildit Boss,

WDR is VERY STABLE as long as you have a MOTHERBOARD that works ok with it. ST-10 is for Seagate and WD Marvel is for WD,

according to you, what motherboard U have find most suited for WDR.

It may be so, that for motherboard i am not finding WDR suitable.
