My Hard Drive is in bad condition so i give it for Data Recovery and then he said that your "HD Media is not working properly or jam" and he refuse to recover data and said can't be recovered.

so i want to know that if still all data or may be some very Important data can recovered.

and is here in Karachi, Pakistan any professional people can recover data.

No hard drive is not physical opened, what exactly are you asking?
it is spinning, what exactly are you asking?
Western Digital 1 TB, i don't know exact model because i don't have it right now, i gave it another person for check if may be he can do something.
it doesn't click no sound
