I want to program bios ic with programmer . and seagate file is't for programing with programmer .

Why do you want to flash rom ic?
What's the issue with the drive?

Now that i reread your first post, i understand that your ideas are quite confused and you don't know how hdd works.
If you want to recover data from this one send it to a pro before is too late!!
