im in need for Circuit Board for my hard drice.

The information i have on my circuit board is:

Model: ST9500325AS
PN: 9HH134-286
FW: 00002SDM1

Number on board is: 100536286 revE
Label: 100536284

What should i look for, does everything need to be the same, or can i just rely on 100536286 revE?

To start with, why do you think the PCB is bad and needs to be replaced ?
Does the drive spins at all with the original pcb on it ? Any terminal log ? Any clicking sounds ?
Does the PCB have visible damage on it ?

Looks like it has burned a little.
And when i connect it to the computer, there is clicking sound and it wont connect.

So i think its most likely the board i think.

you can use an eraser to clean the contact, but IMHO I'm sure is bad heads, no PCB

So you think i only can use eraser, and i could solve the problem, or atleast remove the "burn" marks?
I did open hard drive, and it is shiny and fine.

But if it is the heads, should i still search heads from the number label? (100536284)
And does it have to be from revE?

I doubt you will fixing cleaning the contacts with the eraser but is an option, also I bet you opened the drive in a no clean room environment, you just making things worst, You should contact a DR company. Nothing you really can do if you want your data.

Do you intend to fix burned components on the PCB by "erasing" the burn marks ?
Post a picture of the pcb and of the platters, assuming you are opening the drive inside a hepa 100 clean room or laminar flow bench.
The problem can be from bad heads to bad firmware, etc...
Opening the drive was a very bad idea.
Now recovering the data with a professional will be way more expensive, if recoverable at all.

Im pretty sure the problem is here now.

Oh dear, sorry to say this doesn't look good.

You've presumably opened the drive in a non cleanroom environment, and any further DIY attempts will 99% likely be fruitless.

Seek pro assistance if you want your data back.

The "burned" marks are just some corrosion…but that is not the problem here
That drive has been dropped, and you should expect media damage on surface 0 as well…as you have powered it up.
This is NOT a DIY, you have IBAS in Norway…let them do the work for you, it will cost, but you will have you data back.

Actually using an eraser on those contact points is never a bad idea. I've had more than a few drives come in that simply had some corrosive buildup on those contacts and worked after a quick erasing.

But I do agree that it's a 100% chance of bad heads, not PCB.

Seriously, unless you know what you're doing you'll almost certainly destroy all your data permanently if you attempt a head swap yourself. We all botched our first couple dozen head swaps when learning this trade (and some of us were smart enough to do it on drives that didn't contain any useful data).

If you don't believe me, buy a lot of used drives from someone's used NAS on ebay (the drives usually are a good match in pre-assembled NAS devices) and attempt a few headswaps on those. After you realize how hard it is to pull off you'll think twice about doing it when it counts.

Seek a professional if your data has any value, this isn't a do it yourself situation.

Sorry, i didn't saw the attached pictures, so i assumed the OP was trying to use the eraser to remove burn marks on the PCB and NOT the described marks on the head stack contacts, as it was the case.
At any rate heads are gone as already mentioned.

I think surface 0 is gone, and even if you succeed swapping heads, you will need to init drive from h1 and switch off h0 and get data from surfaces 1,2 and 3. That in reality is much less than 75% of data.
