You might try with SMART Vision:
http://s-m-a-r-t-vision.software.informer.com/4.1/

If either this doesn't work then you need to connect the drive directly to the motherboard sata port to check it via firmware tools.

P.S.
Sorry, that i marked with red circle is for another drive, right?

Maybe even HD Sentinel is not able to access to smart from external drive, or smart is damaged

Hi Michael, no this one is the drive of the computer

I finally achieved to access again to data. while I was trying to take printscreen of WDSW as you requested. I don't know why I suddenly saw once again the directory and it's folders. So I quickly run hd tune pro, he found the drive. went on menu health and did a printscreen.

Here it is:

yep, HD Tune doesn't work, try one of the other software that me and fzabkar suggest you.

seem that your drive reached the temperature of 123°C.
Also you have pending sectors, this means that there are bad sectors or heeads are getting bad.
I think the high temperature as damaged the drive inside.

I believe the temperature information comes from the preamp. Could that be a clue?

Okay, but yesterday when I could reach my data, all seemed to be ok.
It is just that I don't understand why yesterday it worked +/- 4min, but worked. and today it did work only one time!

I think something got damaged due to high temperature inside the drive (probably head pre-amp), not so much to kill it right away but enough to get it close to death.
Now the pre-amp or heads are really dying because are very weak.

More you play with it worse will be the damage...

Do you know if there is a temperature sensor on the PCB?
Maybe temperature information come from pcb sensor device, however the heat was trasmitted also inside the drive.

FWIW, the early L7250 SMOOTH motor controller has internal temperature sensing, but it doesn't report the actual temperature.

Code:
4.6 Over Temperature Protection

L7250 has a temperature protection circuit consisting of a temperature sense circuit and two comparators. The temperature sense circuit generates a voltage proportional to the absolute die temperature. One comparator trips when the die temperature exceeds 140 deg C, asserting the temperature warning signal in the status register (ThWarn in the Reg 00H -> b3). The thermal warning comparator has nominally 20 deg C hysteresis.

The thermal Shutdown comparator trips when the die temperature exceeds 160 deg C, indicates an over temperature condition in the status register (ThShutdown in the Reg00H -> b4). The status register is transparent to the thermal shutdown information.

If the ThShutdown bit is equal to zero only the flag on the status register is activated, else the L7250 is driven into thermal shutdown mode, which initiates Unload of the Voice Coil Motor (no actions on the Spindle motor has been taken). Hysteresis of 25 deg C on this comparator allows the die temperature to stabilize before it is re-enabled.

If the ThShutdown bit is set to 1, the thermal Shutdown condition is latched, then to re-enable the function a reset cycle is needed (ThShutdown bit must be programmed to 0, then set again to 1).

Here are some block diagrams of older preamps:
http://malthus.zapto.org/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=229&p=582

This preamp appears to report the temperature in both digital and analogue mode:

This one has a digital temperature monitor:

Smartmontools reports the drive's temperature history (from the drive's HDA Temperature History Table), assuming it supports SCT temperature event logging.

It should be easy to find such a sensor, if it exists, with a hair dryer and a can of spray freeze.

BTW, if the temperature reading is bogus, then the OP could try disabling SMART. Hopefully the bridge firmware will not re-enable it.

fzabkar, do you think that resetting smart status would help?
I suggested him that i can reset smart in remote...

I have no idea, but I would think that if there is a genuine problem with the sensor, then the bogus temperature reading would reappear. My suggestion would be to disable SMART reporting, but only if the sensor is reporting bogus information. But that leaves you with the problem of determining whether the temperature readings are real.

I would start by allowing the drive to cool to room temperature and then read its SMART data immediately after powering it up, preferably outside its enclosure.
