 Post subject: My passport empty

Hi

I tried to access my passport hdd(WBGMT0010BAL-05) with password, after 3 times failed to access it i got empty hdd without password .

Pls your advice to recover my data.

Smartware will wipe the drive if the password in entered incorrect 3 times, likely is what happened, if so, no recovery possible.. IMHO

The user must agree to erasing the drive before this happens. SmartWare will not erase the drive without user permission.
