i have seagate 7200.7 drive
this Terminal err is :

Hi, could be stiction (heads stucked to the platter) or sized bearing.

Spinning is normal, no click, no head freeze sound
i think also FW issue.

Can be but seems more internal , to me. Was the drive shocked so there's something mechanical related ? before everything, check the PCB.
