HDD: st500dm002 with firmware KC48

When connected using ZOC, I Got

Please advice me how to get terminal?

Try Ctl + Z ?

When Keyed Ctl+Z then only F3 T> Prompt appear(Fraction of Seconds only) just before (P) SATA Reset.

if ctl+Z is not keyed then i got

It is not detected by BIOS and windows. I need data from the drive
