Both, serial response and sounds, match with i have read in several forums and sites: bad heads. But also i testing continuity between PCB's
motor pads and GND, and i found short. This short no appears whenever. Sometimes yes, sometimes no.
I'm pretty confused. Please help.

Agreed, and even if you change the heads, good chance it still won't work for you. Maybe if you change them 3-4 times you might get it to work. Or you might just wast $1000 in donor drives and end up empty handed. Unfortunately with that model, it's a likely scenario.

But, what do you mean by change heads 3-4 times?

He means, they often suffer from media damage when heads fail, so new heads get killed pretty quickly so you spend up replacing them 3-4 times, often without a decent result.

Total crap drives, in fact I know some DR firms actively refusing to accept Seagate DM drives for recovery at all

Although its generally DM001 that are more troublesome.

I have a similar drive which is a ST3000Dm001.
It was clicking due bad heads and would shut down. The heads were replaced and it no longer clicks or shuts down. It stays spinning but gives a similar terminal output as above but with "Sim Error-Remaining in BootFW. Perform a double download without a power cycle" at the end.

Does this drive stand a chance of having a better outcome than the op at this point?

nope .. these are worse kind
