Hello. One question: how can I find a seagate db35.4 ST3250310CS's family in PC-3000? Can't seem to find it. I repeat, is "...10CS", not "...10AS".

Its not the same family. I've tried every single family and none of them work.

I select Seagate, and there are 3 big families. Can't remeber them. There were like 3'5, old 2'5 and another one. I've tried all and none work.
