Hi all,

I scanned my hard disk drive (WD 1TB Caviar Blue HDD) with MHDD. The software only scanned for about a few seconds and ended with a message - "Drive has been disconnected.". Then I retried the scan but ended up with the same result. May I know what is causing the message to appear? Any way to troubleshoot the issue?

Please refer to the attachment for the SMART details. It seems that everything is good.

Any idea what is wrong?
