I have a 8Gb Sandisk Cruzer Blade drive.
I used it between Mac and PC.

One time when I try to use it
both PC and Mac said they can't recorgnise/access my drive(file system) and tell me to format it.

But I didn't really format it.

Then I go to google about the problem.
And then I know there's a tool called TestDisk then I try to use it,
but i can't see any partition there,
and by chance I created a 64Mb partition map or table or thing
by using the anylyse->quick search-> add a partition (a).

Now even i try to scan my files using R-Studio recovery, i can't scan any, it just scan 64Mb files, maybe it recognised my drive as 64Mb only.

What can I do now, in order to recover my files in my USB DRIVE?
Even 1Mb of the files can be recoverd, it is a good news already.

this is a problem I have seen a few times. Partition table is messed up, but you cannot fix it. Sandisk do not offer tools to fix this issue, and none exist out on the interwebs.

You need to find a competent data recovery company to read the NAND chip and do a "chip-off" recovery. The data is probably on the nand chip ok, but the controller chip has lost the ability to communicate properly with it.

I don't know what travel is like over there, but I can recommend Sunny, around 4.5hrs away at Tianhe Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou : http://www.rflashdata.com/contactus/

or you can send it to me in AU.

I don't know, he didn't post the controller model. But not many Sandisks are, only a couple I know of.. unless they use the util on the drive, which I have found to be rare.

The controller number is on the square controller chip, something like 82-00515-4 numbers vary
