+1

From terminal log I would also say its bad heads / media damage. Drive could not read SA. Does the drive stop spinning after some tics? You moved original rom to patient board?

If media damage / heads you can only solve this problem by heads-swap (no DIY because you need matching donor, tools, lab and you have to know how to do it) and only if media damage is not serious you will get your data back.

best regards,

Spildit: I did a copy of rom in another memory eeprom winbond 25x40 with the software flashrom 0.9.8 + ubuntu + arduino and installed this rom on another board with same model and version. The logic board is 100535704 REV C with firmware K45C

pcn: ok, what I need to do?

and the log of the first post is the full log of putty jajajaj

If data is important give it to a pro, if not trash the drive. One would have to examine platters for damage in a clean room lab, if there is no serious damage perform a heads swap. After heads swap there might be other problems like problems in SA / slow read that need special tools to fix and finally get the data.

best regards,
