when i for mat it
appear the format didnt complete successfully
and i tried to format it
with wdr royal
and failed
can any body help me

in firmware modules
can u help me to fix it ?

can you upload screen shots of the problem you found ?
do you need data on this drive or you want to repair it ?

i dont need an data
when i checked firmware modules on wdr
i found alot of firmware modules is bad
and i need to fix it

its give unkown error
