Which hardware and software the DR companies use to cloning or imaging a hard drive with physcal and logical problems to a hard drive healthy?

This tools can bypass bad sectors?

I would rank bypassing bad sectors on the bottom of what hardware is designed (ddrescue can do it (no need hardware hardware for that).
