I have a dead HDS725050KLA360 and no matching pcb so I can not do an eprom swap. I suspect a bad diode(s). Can anyone tell me the location of the TVS diodes? I will try to remove these.

How you know there is Diods problem ?can you upload a pic of PCB from component side ? as mindMergePk said.
