Hi drs .hope you all well. I have received a HDD Model# HUS726060ALE610 made in Thailand ,Nov 2014.Its 6TB desktop drive. The drive is Locked and i am unable to recover data from it . I tried my best to access the NV-RAM but i guess there is no support .if anyone knows the solution of this series and like to share some steps ,it will be appreciated .

what software tool you are unable to read NVRAM ?

There is no NVRAM on this drive, it has different firmware architecture and it is not yet supported by any commercial tools that would be able to remove the password

I have PC3K but this model is not supporting or maybe i am doing some mistake with it . if you have some tips or hints to guide me , it will be appreciated

Exactly ! I have sent my upper reply before i read Doomer's Comment . Yes there is no Support yet in any commercial tool. Doomer can you tell me please ? which kind of Architecture is there in these kind of new Hitachi ? And how will we handle them in future for recovery ?
