Need help repair pcb board samsung Model HD163GJ
I have a samsung Model HD163GJ hard drive does not spin
PCB board when I replace the motor spins up
determine the engine works well
I checked diode 5v = 0V
I remove the protection diode 5v pcb board does not change motor not spin
help me fix this pcb board

remove areas on board pcb
