Does anybody know where I can get an english version of HDDL.EXE? I have seen a post on this forum mentioning that one exists.

Can yuo tell us or show us the msg that is saying that exist an english version of HDDL ?
You also can contact the author and ask him about the english version, he is Mr. Lova Korjagin, also he is the author of CP.exe and he wrote some interst texts about hard disks "DISKWARE". One of his text are in english because was translate by another russian guy that works in Action Front.

I don't think an english version exists, but you can find translations of
the interface (menus) and descriptions of the functions in English.
I have seen this somewhere...

The message I was referring to has the following quote about HDDL.

"Lastly, you are english and your version 120 can't do what russian 107 can do - true. So you must start learning cyrillic - thinking in english and transreading in russian can cause errors - but you will get there."

From this, I assumed that there was an English version.

That message, I think, refers to another program - not HDDL.

Agree, the version of HDDL is ( now ) 2.0. I saw some msgs about a 3.0 but I do not know if exist.
The talk about 1.20 and 1.07 was probabily about the PC3000 utility for Seagate UXX series.
