I attend to make headswap for this HDD, but I want your opinion about compatibility

Patient HDD
Model: HTS541075A9E680
P/N...: 0J26332
MLC..: DA5218

Donor HDD
Model: HTS541075A9E680
P/N...: 0J26332
MLC..: DA5927

You'll need to check the head map, usually 3/4 heads are used in these as I recall.

I always replace those with a model HTS541010A9E680 so you're getting all possible heads. The MLC shoud still be the same and the part should be just one number off (E.G 0J26333). Here's one on ebay for a small fortune: http://www.ebay.com/itm/HTS541010A9E680 ... SwuAVWwrmp

Can probably find a cheaper one if you look harder.
