Please follow below principle to replace head
1 Please make sure that version, model number and serial of two hdds are matched, please note that the first three letter of serial number should be the same
2 Head DCM number and Media DCM number of two disks should be the same(This principle is for WD)
3 Please replace PCB of patient disk with PCB of donor disk and power it on, if it does not click head and can read and write, this head can be matched

Just a few corrections for you here.

#1 It's a WD not a Seagate, so there's no need to match the serial number.
#2 You don't need to match the full DCM just the letter 2 or J and the preceding character or two.
#3 These drives have an adaptive ROM, so just cold replacing the PCB will almost always result in clicking.

@OP - Needless to say you can pretty much ignore the above post.

You'll also want to match the country of manufacture and the date (should be within 3 months).

Also the drive doesn't have to be the exact same model, just the same family. So any of the following models could work:

WD10JMVW-11AJGS0
WD10JMVW-11AJGS2
WD10JMVW-11AJGS3
WD10JPVX-00JC3T0
WD10JPVX-22JC3T0
WD10JPVX-60JC3T0
WD10JPVX-63JC3T0

As long as the date is within three to four months (closer the better)family is the same, country is the same, and middle of the DCM up to the 2 or J is the same you're almost certain to get matching heads.

There are other things like microjogs and preamp revision to check using a tool like PC-3000, but you usually can't check that until you have bought it already anyway.

Now I see this is your first post here, so I'm assuming that you are totally new to data recovery. Before you even think of going near a drive containing data that needs to be recovered, I'd recommend you purchase a similar drive and practice removing/re-installing the heads to see if your technique works. I'd bet you $100 you'll kill the heads in your first five tries.

Then there's the issue that even if the heads survive you'll most likely need a professional imaging tool, possibly tools to fix up damage to the drives SA (firmware), etc. Plus, there's the clean room factor to consider. Opening it up outside a HEPA filtered clean environment will lead to bad sectors developing and loss of some data.
