Hi
I have external WD3200BMVV-11A1PS0 USB 3.0 head was stuck.
after fixing head stuck, convert USB to sata. I imaged the whole drive with few bad sectors.
now when scanning the drive with R-Studio, I get not result, except some PDF which comes with the drive.
PC3000 show no password,
Configuration reading................... : Ok
Master Password......................... : has not been set
User Password........................... : has not been set

and also the customer confirm he never had a password.
hex showing there is data in almost 80% of the drive.

Why I am not seeing any result?

attached sector 0,63,2048

If you have a Pc3000...it's all in the WD manual, check your update box.
