There are 2 other concepts that I am trying to find out about the SAMSUNG.
Burn in and fips.
I know these are basic questions and sometimes I am reluctant to ask, but if I do not ask I do not learn.

"Burn In" is the process by which a newly manufactured drive is tested, calibrated and low level formatted.

Here is an Ace Lab FAQ that explains Samsung's burn-in procedure:
https://blog.acelaboratory.com/f-a-q-about-burn-resources.html

Samsung BURN Big Collection:
http://www.hddoracle.com/viewtopic.php?f=114&t=1210

I don't understand much about FIPS except that it is a small module within the ROM. I know that it contains the PUIS flag and some burn-in related data. It is often corrupted (for reasons unknown to me), with the result that the drive doesn't spin up.

The HDD told me that it had 4 heads and it gave me an error when reading the p / n.
I have cleaned the FIPS and now it gives me the P / N and 2 heads as I had to have.
If I can tomorrow I will put the rom and the FIPS in case you want to examine them.

You might find some useful information in the following thread:

Samsung SP0802N VSC Research :
http://www.hddoracle.com/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=1755

Could you upload a full resource dump (ROM + SA modules)?

Could you also show us the SMART report (so I can correlate it against your defect lists)?

In the following thread @Spildit truncated the MOVLY001 module in his SP0802N drive from 0x18C sectors to 0x34 sectors without affecting the functionality of his drive.

Analysis of MOVLY001 SA module:
http://www.hddoracle.com/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=698

I suspect that we could have reduced his drive's DLIST module to one sector.

AISI, here is full extent of the data in Spildit's DLIST. Everything else is either zero or "noise".

Code:
Offset(h) 00   02   04   06   08

00000000  444C 4953 5420 2020 0D00  DLIST   ..
                              ^^^^
number of defect records = Dh

0000000A  0000 1800 0100 F041 0000   defect #1
00000014  0000 E897 9401 F0F0 0000
0000001E  0000 E897 9501 7E81 12A0
00000028  0000 E897 9601 7E81 12A0
00000032  0000 E897 9701 7E81 12A0
0000003C  0000 E897 9801 7E81 12A0
00000046  0000 E897 9901 7E81 12A0
00000050  0000 E897 9A01 7E81 12A0
0000005A  0000 E897 9B01 1F41 1090
00000064  0000 E897 9C01 1F41 1090
0000006E  0000 E897 9D01 F0F0 0000
00000078  0000 E897 9E01 F0F0 0000
00000082  0000 FCB2 E501 1341 0180   defect #Dh
0000008C  0000 0000 0000 0000 0000

We could change the DLIST record in the FIT from this ...

Code:
Offset(h) 00   02   04   06   08   0A   0C   0E

000001C0  0029 4C44 5349 2054 2020 0000 028A 0309  .)LDSI T  ...Š..
                                        ^^^^
0x028A = original DLIST size in sectors

... to this:

Code:
Offset(h) 00   02   04   06   08   0A   0C   0E

000001C0  0029 4C44 5349 2054 2020 0000 0001 0309  .)LDSI T  ...Š..
                                        ^^^^
0x0001 = new DLIST size in sectors
