Not only their site but price also! For a small user that wants to only change the firmware in few hdd the price is really way too high.

Hi Belia, thank you for your feedback. Our tools is more targeted towards the data-recovery sector.
For just changing the firmware, our tools would be too powerful to be employed.
Hence you will feel that the price is too much for just changing the firmware.

If that is the case then it is your loss as there seems to be plenty of need for the small user market also that you completely ignore and perhaps if you added it up it may be larger than your current targeted market.

i suggest that you buy new/used drives and save ur time looking for free/cheap solution for your issue here
