I have heard charger can do this to its mod 02 ,Or it was done on purpose by some DR guy ,What do you think .

For some reason Chargers can do that, I've seen many Charger drives with exactly this kind of damage to the module 02.
I have no reason to believe that this is a foul play, more likely another bug in the FW code.
