You can download any FW version using specific tools, for example pc3k or WDR , but you dont no yet what is original FW so prepare bunch of them and try download every.

Most powerful tool which can help you solve this problem easy and fast cost in between 7000-10000usd , so you wont like this price , and btw that is why data recovery price is not cheap.
