I have experienced sometimes with this type of drives, i never solved with MRT ldr.
Instead, if i remember well, this type of issue i solved by doing hot swap, but you need same type of drive and same fw version as donor.

P.S.
Before doing hotswap i suggest to backup modules with sediv or STcom, because MRT doesn't even backup modules correctly from drives with F architecture.
