How was it determined It is a processor problem? This is very unlikely.

This was the answer that I received from a service...I don't know if it's true...
I don't think in Romania I can find someone capable to find a solution for this problem.
The phone is still "dead", the computer doesn't see it if it's connected.

There are more places, but any of these places should be competent enough to rule out issue with battery, screen or an actual software related problem.

Hi, Are you sure that you can help me to recover the data?
Thx

No one can recover data from a true error 14.
People just hope it is another issue causing error 14 to happen.

Well, for some model, there is now a fix for error 14. Testing in progress.

Do you know if this solution is available for Iphone 8?
Thanks

I know someone in Canada 1600 miles away from your location able to assist if needed
just for the record, the circle of Error 14 is expanding (many people are doing)

From your description here we are talking about a dead device. In case of full storage or corrupted nand your device should still be detected in dfu mode.
This doesnt sound like a typical full storage error 14 which is pretty much a dead end.

With all respect this isnt true. I dont do error 14 but I know couple of guys doing them.

What would you do if you were in my place?

I am hopeful that one day someone will have the fix for error 14, indeed they may well have that fix now....... However I know a company who has 100+ iPhones all with error 14. They are what I can 'true' error code 14 issues as they have ruled out all other causes for the failure on these particular phones. I recommended that they send some of the phones to people on this forum after they said they could recover them. All of them came back as unrecoverable. I have no doubt that the 'brain trust' out there will eventually solve the issue, maybe they have now, but up until a few weeks ago they were not able to recover the phones.

All I can say is that no matter who the phones were sent to, they came back unrecoverable.
I really hope there are people who have resolved error 14 as they can make a lot of money.

I don't need now the photos and the videos, just to know that someday I will recover them...after 1 year, 2 years...doesn't matter
I'm not sure that the error 14 it's the issue in my case...and I can't find someone capable in Romania to tell me what it's the real problem...
Thanks!

Who can handle it here in Canada? I get calls several times a week and would love to have a place to refer them to.

Hi Einstein

This friend has a clone in Romania? )) It's just a joke
I hope in the future to find a person who can help me.

Have a nice day!

Just to make it clear, you are not going to send the iphone anywhere ? You want to find someone in Roumania. What is your budget to recover data ?

Why would I ship a phone from Canada to the other side of the world for you to ship it back to Canada? While I know that you are reputable, the who process sounds shady to me and I can only imagine what clients would think.

"For us to get a price to recover your iPhone data, it will cost you $200 in shipping fees for us to ship it to Kuwait where we are told it will be shipped back to Canada to an unknown entity who will then quote the guy in Kuwait, who will then increase the cost and quote us, where we will increase the cost and quote you for the recovery. Whether or not it is recoverable, you will not get your phone back and it will now be the property of the unknown person."

I didn't say that I don't want to send the phone out of Romania...I want to recover the data if it's possible.
I didn't think to a budget yet...
