Hello,

I am working to WD20EZAZ-00L9PB0 drive (f/w version (53004R)). It's sweep and stop motor continuously.
So I asked PC-3K TS, he replied that need to same type and F/w version's loader. Anybody has its loader or if you know please teach me that where I find it?

This is very common problem for these SMR 3,5" WD hard drives.
Tell to pc3k TS, loader won't help anyhow to solve that. 2nd translator (190mod) got corrupted. And it is not easy to fix it.

Thank you for reply about this post.
I already talk to ACE TS person and he said that need to matched loader for read to SA data. So I heard that somebody have one.
(and I searching matched doner on Japan market too)

Our some case ACE's person fixed this problem, I don't know that how recovered. (Only PBA mode, need RAW recovery)
May be cleanup T2 transrator,I guess.

Anyway thank you for your information,
I will talk to our sales person that this case's recovery is very difficult recovery.
