Can you show the device Photo from were you took this out ,From my guess even if you read the NANDS no use they might be encrypted ,Also what controller does your Cfast Use Is It 5XXX Series then you might need NVME SSD Type support tool like PC3K Portable .

Start with photo. Do not desolder. If you overheat the chips recovery could be not possible.

Still not paste photo. Most cases based on this controller is recoverable by FE. Sometimes there is issue with dump quality and case need some rereadings.

Pc3k works with that controller with the SSD intact. I'm not sure that pcek flash supports that controller.

If you want a successful recovery l, send the fully intact SSD.
